I think this whole "scandal" over the Wal-Mart blog has gone way too far. Blogs are not holy writ, for heaven's sake! Transparency is a quality that makes a blog more human than corporate-speak. But it's not a crime to dramatize a blog for effect. (Good thing Frank Bartles and Ed Jaymes didn't write a blog!)
